Working procedure:                

Western blot (with ECL)
1:1000-10,000 dilution incubates for 1 hour at room temperature. For the best
results, determine the optimal working antibody dilution for your protein of
interest.


Storage:                                

Supplied lyophilized
antibodies can be stored at -200C for 3 years.

Reconstitute the
lyophilized antibody with distilled water to 1mg/ml or a desired concentration
before use. 

Reconstituted liquid can be
stored at -20oC for 2 years. Centrifuge after first thaw to maximum
product recovery. Aliquot into smaller volume to avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.  Store aliquots at 40C
for several days to 2 weeks.
